Capital Requirement
Minimum paid up capital should be Rs 5 Lakhs for company formation.
Voting Rights
One member is having one vote regardless of shareholding, ensuring democratic governance.
No Conversion
Conversion is not possible into any other form of business structure.
Company Name
Producer Company shall have words "Producer Company Limited" at the end of its name.
